Tool Ensures Everyone Has the Ability to Investigate and Respond to Cyber Incidents at
Cloud Speed
LONDON – August 9, 2022 – Cado Security, provider of the cloud investigation platform, today announced a free Community Edition of its Cado Response platform. The Cado Response Community Edition leverages the scale and speed of the cloud to simplify deep dive investigations.

The Cado Response Community Edition supports cloud-based processing and analysis of disk images captured in DD format and triaged items in ZIP format, including exports from popular open source forensics tools. With the Cado Response Community Edition, users can seamlessly navigate files and folders, view all activities performed on the system, and analyze captured evidence for threats or indicators of compromise.
The Cado Response Community Edition also provides an opportunity for learning. Cado Security regularly publishes sample data that can be imported into the Cado Response Community Edition for the purpose of educating incident responders on how to investigate attacks on cloud, container-based, and serverless systems.
