Cado Security is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Director or experienced Manager who wants to take that next step, and is keen to be a part of an exciting fast growing cyber security company.


We are looking for someone who will build and drive our product marketing strategy in a global cyber and cloud security market. You will be working with passionate, enthusiastic and fun people, helping to grow and shape the company.




  • Leverage industry experience and strategic background to develop the marketing vision:

    • Develop compelling and powerful messaging that resonates with prospects, customers, and partners, and differentiates brand, product and USP from the competition

    • Work with internal teams and customers to uncover latent customer needs and perceptions to identify true value for customers

    • Develop the buyer personas, buyer journeys, and segmentation details/definitions necessary for product and content strategy, sales enablement, and digital and field marketing execution

    • Oversee ongoing competitive intelligence initiatives and market analysis to identify opportunities to differentiate the brand

    • Develop and manage company assets (including web, social channels) to crisply communicate company positioning and USP

    • Work with partners to help develop brand awareness among press, analysts, and influencers. Communicate product/solution messaging to customers, prospects, analysts, journalists, and other market influencers via digital and industry events


  • Help develop and execute actionable growth strategies:

    • Plan out and develop content and collateral to drive lead generation

    • Develop, execute, and work with partners on digital and field (as possible) growth strategies with an eye on thoughtful experimentation and attribution 

    • Develop and oversee lead nurture strategy 

    • Develop sales enablement materials and tools clearly communicate intended value propositions and support the selling process


  • Develop and manage annual operating plan and budget


  • Develop and execute a marketing hiring strategy / manage agency and freelancer resources as company grows



    • Experience with product marketing and digital marketing disciplines

    • 4+ years of B2B software/SaaS/cloud marketing or related experience

    • Experience within the cyber security industry or security applications is a plus

    • Resourceful self-starter who will take ownership of projects to bring them to completion, pulling in resources from across the company as needed or required

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
