Cado is looking for a technical account manager who can be a primary day-to-day interface between Cado and its customers. The candidate should be able to gain a deep understanding of the customer’s use cases and act as the customer’s advocate across technical and business teams within Cado.
Reporting to Cado’s Global Sales Leadership, the technical account manager’s responsibilities include liaising with cross functional teams to ensure that the customer’s needs are well-understood and communicated.
Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction. You will also work closely with various internal functions including but not limited to product and development teams, sales and leadership to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
-> Assist customers with setting up and navigating Cado software
-> Triage customer support cases and feature requests while working closely with the Cado support and engineering teams
-> Funnel customer RFEs to Product Management and effectively communicate business cases for roadmap consideration
-> Coordinate and execute ongoing customer check-in calls and Quarterly Service Reviews
-> Assist the sales team with renewals, and identify areas to upsell services and products across the Cado portfolio
-> Assist in creating customer training courses and educational materials
Requirements & Skills:
-> Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer or similar role
-> Demonstrable ability to understand technical product concepts
-> Understanding of cybersecurity products and customer organizations – IR and/or Forensics a plus
-> Experience promoting value through customer experience
-> Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
-> Accountability and personal organization are essential
-> Experience in managing a diverse group a plus
