As a Sales Engineer at Cado, you will play a critical role in our customers’ and Cado’s success.
Sales Engineers are the trusted technical advisors for our prospects, responsible for aligning the technical aspects of Cado’s solutions to customer challenges and overall value. Ideal candidates should be inquisitive, personable and enthusiastic problem solvers.
-> Drive and manage all technical, solution and competitive aspects of the sales cycle
-> Secure technical wins with stakeholders by selling to analysts, directors, VPs and C-level executives
-> Collaborate with sales execs to uncover business and technical challenges related to cloud incident response
-> Address technical questions about Cado’s technology and how we transform the way customers think about incident response
-> Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations aligned with prospects’ technical and business needs
-> Advise on how to best implement and integrate Cado’s software into customers’ environments, security playbooks and day-to-day operations
-> Scope and manage proof of concepts, including installation, troubleshooting, hands-on workshops and training
-> Troubleshoot and solve common (and uncommon) technical challenges
-> Work with internal product and engineering teams to set customer expectations pertaining to bug fixes, enhancements, new releases and roadmap
-> Provide feedback and escalate blocking issues to product, engineering and leadership teams
-> Respond to RFI/RFP/documentation requests
-> 5+ years of Enterprise security software selling experience
-> Proficiency in crafting and delivering sales and technical presentations
-> Outstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
-> Customer Crazed. Versatility and driven to solve customers’ complex business problems
-> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-> Familiarity with the Enterprise Security stack (network security, endpoint tools, SIEM, SOAR, etc.)
-> Hands-on experience with DFIR tools (volatility, autopsy, wireshark, sift, etc) is a plus
-> Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure and GCP deployments is a plus
-> Bachelor’s degree in a related field
-> Self-starter willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
-> Willingness to travel
