The Role

Cado Security is looking for a UK-based sales director based focused on growing our company to its next stage. This individual will be a professional with a demonstrated track record of success. 


-> Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts

-> Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets

-> Build pipeline of high-quality customer relationships, and help spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the overall strategy and product capabilities

-> Collaborate with the marketing team on our GTM strategy

-> Partner with technical product teams; deliver feedback from customers & developers that will improve messaging & compelling value proposition delivered to market

-> Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information 

Experience & Qualifications

-> Previous experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; able to hit the ground running 

-> An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems & an ability to communicate that understanding to multiple stakeholders

-> Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close transactions

-> Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally

-> Experienced with channel partners and co-selling together

-> Knowledge of tools like Outreach,, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn

-> Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team

-> Experience in cybersecurity, ideally selling into the SOC

-> 3+ years of sales experience selling a SaaS delivered product into the midmarket and enterprise

-> Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
