Job Role:
You will assist our Security, Infrastructure & Cloud Team to build and manage our IT and Cloud operations as we continue through a period of significant growth across multiple regions.

You will have the opportunity to shape the role in your own way, but key duties:

-> Management of our IT applications, including but not limited to: Google Workspace (Gsuite), Zoom, MS Office, Jira, etc.

-> Management of our laptop estate, and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

-> Sourcing, implementation, and management of security and audit monitoring solutions.

-> Develop and manage the IT onboarding and offboarding process for employees, provisioning everything they need, securely.

-> Assist with the procurement of hardware and software.

-> Develop and maintain IT and Data Protection best practices, ensuring the company maintains the required standard of security and compliance.

-> Manage IT backup solutions and recovery processes.

-> A subject matter expert for technology and IT security-related issues.

-> Work cross-border with our office locations in the UK and USA

-> There will also be exciting opportunities to assist with the research and development of our products and solutions.


Do you have:

-> Experience with various enterprise operating systems and IT hardware.

-> Experience with administration of / architecting cloud environments.

-> Experience with enterprise software solutions.

-> Knowledge of common IT and Security best practices and standards.

-> Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

-> A self-starter and someone who thrives under healthy pressure.

-> The ability to adapt to the role and adjust to business needs; with high attention to detail.
