The Role


Cado Security is looking for an experienced demand generation professional, reporting to the CMO, focused on taking our company to its next stage. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, a self-starter that’s highly focused on measurable growth. They will have the ability to juggle between strategic planning and hands-on execution, as well as have the potential to lead and grow a team of digital marketers. This is an amazing opportunity to join an early stage start-up that competes in one of the fastest growing segments in cybersecurity.




-> Work with cross-functional team members (Design, Sales, PR, Marketing teammates) to orchestrate the details and assets for high-impact integrated marketing campaigns.

-> Work with marketing teammates and messaging framework to create integrated campaigns and strategies that resonate with technical IT audiences and acquire new prospects.

-> Take the lead on writing, creative direction, and calls to action for your campaigns.

-> Ongoing project management of campaigns and reporting back to the team about progress and results.

-> Measure key metrics, analyze results and formulate new strategies on how to improve ROI performance.

-> Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.

-> Strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more.

-> Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity.




-> 5-10 years of experience developing and executing enterprise B2B solution campaigns and/or account-based marketing campaigns. Success in meeting/exceeding MQL generation and conversion targets (ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, IT and/or cybersecurity segments).

-> Experience working in a tech startup environment; good familiarity with B2B marketing principles and best practices, understanding of marketing automation workflows and the role of demand generation in the customer journey.

-> Demonstrable expertise building full-funnel campaign tactics and management, including the ability to understand the motivations of technical personas.

-> Results/data analytics experience required for campaign measurement/analysis.

-> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.

-> Excellent writing skills and content strategy experience to support technical IT personas and industry verticals.

-> Experience with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM, Google analytics, Google suite, GoToWebinar, WordPress, and or similar.

-> Strong technical/analytical orientation, high attention to detail, consistently striving for delivering at the highest level and exceeding KPI goals.

-> A team player and great communicator, capable of leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across teams.
