Business Operations Assistant/EA

Cado Security is looking for an enthusiastic Business Operations Assistant / EA who is ready for their next challenge, and is keen to be a part of an exciting fast-growing cyber security company. 

We are looking for someone who will help to drive our business forward and support our operations team as we continue through a period of significant growth across multiple regions. You will be working with a passionate, enthusiastic and fun team, and helping to grow and shape the company. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to shape the role in your own way, though some of the standard responsibilities will include:

-> You will work closely with senior leadership and the operations team, and have exposure across all functions and teams across the business.

-> You will be involved in assisting with the execution and delivery of key operational priorities as part of our exciting growth strategy. 

-> You will help to manage relationships, financial matters, and contracts with our suppliers, partners, and customer accounts.

->You will help to manage company resourcing, employee onboarding and recruitment efforts (both within the UK and internationally). 

-> You will assist with creating, maintaining, and delivering processes and policies to ensure continued compliance in a number of areas as the company grows. 

-> Day-to-day, you will support the leadership team (including diary management, inbox management and travel, etc.) 

-> You will also provide key support in the day-to-day running of the company (including office management, organising events, etc.)

-> Helping to produce high quality presentations and documents. 

-> Attending senior meetings – including board meetings – taking minutes and accurately documenting key business decisions.

 

Expected Skills and Experience: 

-> Some experience in Business / Legal / Financial operations, where you have performed support or assistant roles. 

-> Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).

-> A self-starter and someone who thrives under a healthy level of pressure. 

-> The ability to adapt to the role and adjust to business needs; with high attention to detail. 

-> A passion for helping to scale a business, and maintain outstanding culture. 

-> A team player who enjoys succeeding together. 

-> Enjoys challenges and loves learning. 

-> A good level of IT literacy. 

 

Nice to Have, Although not Required:

-> Experience in working in high growth environments, such as start-ups or high growth companies. 

-> Experience in working with the technology and cyber security industries. 

-> A degree, or other relevant certifications or qualifications. 

-> Experience with Google Gsuite (workspace). 

 

Location:

-> London (Waterloo South Bank office location)

-> Flexibility to work remotely when needed.

-> Full-time / permanent position.
