Yes! We want you!!! Cado Security is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic IT Manager or Director who wants to take that next step up, and is keen to be a part of an exciting fast growing cyber security company. 


We are looking for someone who will build and manage our IT and Cloud operations as we go through a significant period of growth across multiple regions. You will be working with passionate, enthusiastic and fun people, helping to shape the company. There will also be some exciting opportunities to assist with the research and development of our products and solutions.




You will have the opportunity to develop and mould the role in your own way. Some of the standard duties to incorporate would include the following: 


  • Ownership and management of our IT applications, such as Google Gsuite (Workspace), Zoom, MS Office, Jira…

  • Ownership  and management of our laptop estate, and cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure.

  • Sourcing, Implementation and Management of security and audit monitoring solutions.

  • Develop and manage the IT onboarding and offboarding process for employees, provisioning everything they need and retrieving it when they leave.

  • Be responsible for the procurement of hardware and software required as the business grows/expands.

  • Develop and maintain IT and Data Protection best practices, ensure the company maintains a high standard of security and compliance.

  • Manage IT backup solutions and recovery processes.

  • Be the go to person/Become an SME/subject matter expert for all things technology and IT security related.

  • Work cross-border with our office locations in the UK and USA.




  • Experience with various operating systems types and IT hardware

  • Experience with administration of, or engineering cloud environments

  • Experience with enterprise software solutions

  • Knowledge of common IT and Security best practices and standards

  • Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

  • A self-starter and someone who thrives under pressure.

  • The ability to adapt to the role and adjust laterally to business needs; with high attention to detail

  • A passion for helping build a business

  • A team player who enjoys succeeding together

  • Enjoys challenges and loves learning



  • Experience in working in high growth environments, such as startups or high growth companies

  • Experience in working with the technology and cyber security industries

  • A degree, or other related certifications or qualifications

  • Experience with Google Gsuite (Workspace)

  • Experience with enterprise security, or cyber security related fields



  • £60,000 to £80,000 base - Depending on experience (PLUS the amazing benefits below)

  • London (Waterloo South Bank location), a Bristol location would also be considered.

  • We allow remote working flexibility, particularly during the Covid period. We are currently rotating teams on alternate days in the office.
