Yes! We want you!!! Cado Security is looking for an enthusiastic Business Operations Manager who wants to take that next step, and is keen to be a part of an exciting fast growing cyber security company.


We are looking for someone who will build and drive our business and support our operations as we go through a significant growth phase across multiple regions. You will be working with passionate, enthusiastic and fun people, helping to grow and shape the company.




You will have the opportunity to grow and mold the role in your own way. Some of the standard duties to incorporate would include the following. 


  • You will work directly to the C-Suite and coordinate across all functions and teams across the business.

  • You will assist in the development, and execution of our growth strategy.

    • Particularly actioning and managing operational requirements for company growth across the USA, UK and beyond.

  • You will help develop and maintain our strategic partnerships

  • You will manage our relationships with our suppliers, such as liaising with and tasking our accounting and legal consultants

  • Assist with managing company resourcing and assist recruitment efforts

  • You will manage and monitor company budgets, accounts and payments

  • Manage commercial and contract negotiations including developing sourcing strategies and working through complex contractual issues and recommend course of action

  • Oversee the management and administration of contracts to provide a sound basis for contract processes and decision making

  • Develop and maintain processes and policies to ensure continued compliance in a number of areas as the company grows

  • Identify, monitor and mitigate against operational risk across the business




  • 4+ Years experience in either a Business, Legal, or Financial operational or strategic roles

  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with a variety of teams

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

  • A self-starter and someone who thrives under pressure.

  • Industry awareness of relevant legislation, regulation and practices

  • The ability to adapt to the role and adjust laterally to business needs; with high attention to detail

  • A passion for building businesses

  • A team player who enjoys succeeding together

  • Enjoys challenges and loves learning

  • A legal, business, or finance related degree, or other related qualifications



  • Experience in working across multiple geographical regions

  • Proven experience in working in high growth environments, such as startups or high growth companies

  • Experience in working with the technology and cyber security industries



  • £55,000 to £75,000 base - Depending on experience (PLUS the amazing benefits below)

  • London (Waterloo South Bank office location)

  • We allow remote working flexibility, particularly during the Covid period. Once Covid restrictions ease most staff will return to the office, with flexibility still available for remote working on occasion
