Yes! We want you!!! Cado Security is looking for an enthusiastic Business Operations Assistant who wants to take that next step up, and is keen to be a part of an exciting fast growing cyber security company.

 

We are looking for someone who will build and drive our business and support our operations as we go through a significant growth phase across multiple regions. You will be working with passionate, enthusiastic and fun people, helping to grow and shape the company.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

You will have the opportunity to grow and mold the role in your own way. Some of the standard duties to incorporate would include the following. 

 

  • You will work closely with senior leadership and the business operations manager, and have exposure across all functions and teams across the business.

  • You will be involved in assisting with the delivery of key tasks as part of our exciting growth strategy.

  • You will help manage our relationships with our suppliers, such as liaising with our accounting and legal consultants

  • Assist with managing company resourcing, employee onboarding and recruitment efforts

  • You will help keep track of our customer accounts, invoices and contracts

  • You will assist with maintaining processes and policies to ensure continued compliance in a number of areas as the company grows

  • Day-to-day support of the founders ( diary management, inbox management and travel...)

  • Day-to-day support of the company ( office management, team management, and organising events)

  •  Assembling, creating and formatting high quality presentations and documents

  • Taking minutes and accurately documenting key business decisions

 

EXPECTED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Some experience in either a Business, Legal, or Financial operational, supporting or assistant roles

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

  • A self-starter and someone who thrives under pressure.

  • The ability to adapt to the role and adjust laterally to business needs; with high attention to detail

  • A passion for helping build a business

  • A team player who enjoys succeeding together

  • Enjoys challenges and loves learning

  • A good level of IT literacy

 

NICE TO HAVES, ALTHOUGH NOT REQUIRED

  • Experience in working in high growth environments, such as startups or high growth companies

  • Experience in working with the technology and cyber security industries

  • A degree, or other related certifications or qualifications

  • Experience with Google Gsuite(Workspace)


 

PAY AND BENEFITS:

  • £34,000 to £44,000 base - Depending on experience (PLUS the amazing benefits below)

LOCATION:

  • London (Waterloo South Bank office location)

  • We allow remote working flexibility, particularly during the Covid period. Once Covid restrictions ease most staff will return to the office, with flexibility still available for remote working on occasion
